Community Code Enforcement Project

In the Summer of 2013, COHIF kicked-off a new phase of the Greater Four Corners Community Stabilization Pilot Project, which focuses on partnering with residents and the City of Boston to identify and help enforce code violations on bank-owned foreclosed and vacant properties in the Greater Four Corners neighborhood of Dorchester. The community code enforcement project’s goal is to improve conditions of vacant and bank-owned properties and hold owners of those properties more accountable to the Greater Four Corners community. This effort is spearheaded by the Greater Four Corners Action Coalition (GFAC).
